About the Role:

You will play a critical role in optimizing revenue generation processes , driving efficiency and enhancing cross functional collaboration within the organization.

This role will involve analyzing sales and marketing data, implementing revenue management strategies, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and other departments to streamline revenue generation processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline data, and customer behavior to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance and provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Implement revenue forecasting models and methodologies to support decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and recommend sales and marketing technologies, tools, and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to sales and marketing teams on revenue operations best practices and processes.

What you Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue operations or/and sales operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and other sales and marketing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proven track record of implementing revenue optimization strategies and driving measurable results.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
