About the role

Entro Security is seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Engineer with expertise in Go and cloud infrastructures, to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Go development, along with a deep understanding of cloud platform engineering and event-driven architecture.

What you’ll do

• • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable cloud-native Go applications

• • Develop API integrations with third-party applications for data collection

• • Own our agent architecture, including scalability, networking, security, and storage

• • Develop monitoring and automation tools for stability and performance benchmarking

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• • Be customer-obsessed and understand product needs

What you bring

• • 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer

• • 2+ years of experience in Golang development

• • Experience with event-driven architecture

• • Familiarity with cloud platform services (AWS preferred)

• • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture (Kubernetes or ECS – preferred)

• • Experience with queueing mechanisms such as SQS and Kafka

• • Familiarity with TypeScript – Advantage

• • Experience with CI/CD tools – Advantage
