Director of Product Management

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to join our team in Tel-Aviv

As a Director of Product Management, you’ll drive innovation, create product visions, and craft roadmaps that redefine the landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and delivery process, including market research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of product features, including backlog creation and hands-on collaboration with a dedicated development squad.
  • Oversee and mentor the Product Management team (following onboarding).
  • Drive the creation of a leading product to address identity security challenges at scale — from discovery and posture assessment to automated remediation flows.
  • Report directly to the VP of Product.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including at least 3 years post-military service.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
  • 3+ years of technical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a cybersecurity company.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and emerging trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Additional Information:

  • The role will initially be 100% hands-on and will later expand to include managing three other Product Managers and Product Designers.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the high-tech industry is required.
